WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS TRIP!
This 2 days adventure is a prep for our Black Peak Expedition, it will consist a traverse from
Jezzine to Mresti.
Day 1: First Meeting Point: Jouniyeh Macdonalds 7:00 AM
Second Meeting Point: Downtown Facing Virgin 7:30 AM
Arrival to Jezzine – hiking to Jbaa El Chouf
Distance: 18 KMS Ascent: 800 M
Sunset Yoga session (optional) at the venue
Overnight Camping at Koon Venue with bonfire.
Day 2: Starting from Koun Venue – to Mresti (including
an extra loop to Jbaa high point)
Distance: 17 KMS Ascent: 700 M
End of hike – Back to the city by bus
FEES & PRICING
Trip contribution: 85$ – Shared tent use (Upgrading to single use is available for extra fee)

Meet your team leader and head guide Avedis Kalpaklian!
Avedis is an adventure tour-operator, an avid mountaineer, and a full time mountain guide,
with an impressive record of 80 summits above 4000 meters including Mount Everest 8848m
and Mount Manaslu 8163m. Since 2004, he has led hiking, mountaineering,caving, trekking, biking, ski touring and climbing trips in Lebanon and abroad including more then 30 expeditions to: Kilimanjaro, Elbrus,
Everest Base Camp, Kenya, Ararat, tour du Mont Blanc, and Armenia…
He is currently the vice president of the Lebanese Federation of Sports Climbing and Mountaineering, and also serves as a volunteer in the Lebanese Red Cross-Search and Rescue unit.
